We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Our Policy
Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged (e.g., cracked candle jars, broken packaging), please provide photo proof and we'll replace or refund it. We'll cover return shipping costs for damaged items.
Non-Damaged Returns: For other reasons, we'll offer a replacement or refund if contacted within 30 days. In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping Damage: If packaging is damaged in transit, please contact us with photos - we'll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Return Shipping: For approved returns, we'll provide you with a return address. Please use a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed via original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
